This charming house is located in vicinity to small town Zminj in central Istria.
It is authentic house from 19th Century, completely renovated and adjusted to the demands of modern living;
House has wall fenced yard which provides full privacy to its guests.
In yard you will find private swimming pool with sundecks, children playground with swing, and beautiful lawn.
In front of the house is outdoor dining area and traditional stone barbecue.
Inside, house has 2 floors with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and toilet.
House accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor of this charming and spacious Istrian house is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
Right next is dining area with large table and chairs, and in the extension to dining is living room area with comfy sofas, one of which may be used as an extra bed for 2 if needed. In living room is also flat screen SAT TV. Entire area is full of authentic details, and house exudes with times that have passed, but it definitely adds the charm and warmth to this beautiful place.
At ground floor is also one toilet, gym with some fitness equipment and darts.

First floor:
At the first floor are 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom.
3 bedrooms have double bed, while 4th is with 2 single / twin beds.
All bedrooms have window which offer beautiful view on outdoor yard or surrounding nature.

Outside:
In front of the house is swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. Perfect for daily refreshments and enjoying with children in play. In addition to this, there is children corner with swing.
Large lawn within the wall fenced yard offers possibility for team games or just leisure.
Right in front of the house is outdoor dining area with large table and chairs, perfect for having fresh prepared meals or family / friends gatherings. Aside of outdoor dining area is traditional stone barbecue at guests’ disposal.
Private parking space is available at the property.
