Payment Options

We accept few ways of payment when it comes to reservation of villa in Croatia.
Please read how to proceed once you have found a villa or house you would like to book.

1. BANK / WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS:

If you choose this way of payment, the value of your reservation you pay by bank transfer in our Company bank account:
The information needed for the bank transfer:

Payer: First and last name and full address of the reservation holder.

Payee: AMAR Grupa d.o.o., Dinka Simunovica 9, HR 21000 Split, Croatia.

Bank: Raiffeisen bank Austria d.d., Domovinskog rata 29 b, 21000 Split, Croatia

*Please Note that in wire transfers / Internet banking systems, bank may automatically change the address of our bank to Zagreb address, as residential address of Raiffeisen bank in Croatia is in Zagreb.

. Payment purpose: Service for the received reservation No. - number of the reservation.

. Amount: Based on the received Invoice.

. Reference number: Number or code of the reservation accommodation.

*Note: Guest is obligated to pay for all bank transaction costs.

In Bank / Wire Transfer payments please advise us which currency you would like to pay in.

Please ensure your payment is sufficient to cover the cost of the arrangements after deduction of any applicable bank charges.

Your booking will be on hold and will not be confirmed until such payment is received in our Company bank account.

2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Visa or MasterCard

Payment may be done by Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
Please note that Credit Card payments have additional fee, which is 3% on the total amount.

You are obligated to fill out Credit Card Form (CC Form) which you will receive with the Invoice.

The Credit Card form needs to be sent back in mail, or to our office via fax : + 385 21 400400.

After we receive filled and signed Credit Card Form, your credit card will be charged for amount stated in the form.

The paid amount is calculated from € (EURO) to Kn (Croatian kuna) according to Croatian division of Raiffeisen Bank Austria’s currency exchange rate on day of the payment.

3. PAYMENT DYNAMIC BY OUR GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reservation payment is possible in two ways;

a) Full amount right after reservation confirmation.
The payment of full amount is obligatory for all reservations which start 1 to 31 days before the arrival day.

b) Paying in two rates - you may choose between 2 models of payment / in case the model 2 is possible.
Payment models follows;

Model 30% - 70%:
Deposit in amount of 30% has to be paid right after reservation confirmation, and the balance payment amount has to be paid until the date stated in the Invoice we will send you after reservation confirmation.
* Balance payment due is 30 days before arrival day.

Model 50% - 50%:
If the owner / property manager of the accommodation you booked allows this way of payment, deposit is paid in amount of 50% of the total reservation amount and the balance payment (other 50% of the reservation amount) has to be paid directly to the owner upon check-in to the accommodation.
This way of payment is not available for the hotel reservations and charters.

4. AFTER THE TOTAL RESERVATION PAYMENT:

. After deposit payment, in moment when Agency receives the payment in Company Bank Account, you will receive a payment confirmation and mail notice for your reservation confirmation.

. After balance payment, when full reservation amount is paid, you will receive Receipt with cost specifications and VOUCHER.

THE VOUCHER FOR THE ACCOMMODATION CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING DATA:

* Name and phone / mobile – cell number of the owner / property manager (individual or company).

* Address of the accommodation object (villa, house, apartment, hotel...) and GPS coordinates of the accommodation.

* Full name of the reservation holder (the person who made the reservation).

* Number of people / name of all guests using the services stated in the reservation.

* Description of the paid service, period /date of using the service, check-in and check-out time,

* List of services included in price.

* Note of the tourist tax, and additional services, if any.

* Notes of payment of the remaining balance if in case of payment model 50% - 50%.
