This beautiful holiday house is situated in heart of Istria. This location in between Istrian coastal towns, Pula, Rovinj, and Rabac, as well as Pazin in central Istria.
Everything in and around this holiday house is made of natural materials with the special attention paid to details and guests comfort during the holidays.
The concept of this holiday house is on 2 floors with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sauna.
House accommodates 8 to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor of this beautiful is house spacious open plan kitchen together with dining area. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and dining area is covered with large wooden dining table and chairs. This area is opened onto pool terrace and outdoor dining through glass doors.
Spacious living room with comfy sofa and armchairs, equipped with LCD SAT TV, and air condition also has an exit to the pool terrace.
At this floor is also one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and garden view.
Next to the bedroom is sauna room.
First floor:
At the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double bed, and third bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds.
At this floor are also 2 bathrooms with shower.
All 4 bedrooms in the house have wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, an LCD SAT TV, CD player, air condition, and electric heating.
House is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
The central part of front yard is definitely beautiful swimming pool surrounded by charming terrace with sun beds, sun umbrellas, and green maintained lawn perfect for children play. Aside of the swimming pool is outdoor shower.
Right in front of the house, at the covered part of terrace is outdoor dining area with traditional stone barbecue perfect for fresh prepared meals.
Private parking for 3 cars is available right next to the villa.
