In 2015. all bedrooms in villa has been completely renovated as well, which additionally contributed to the luxuriousness of this beautiful villa.
This luxury villa is completely covered with natural stone and surrounded by well cared garden full of Mediterranean flowers.
The gorgeous sea views from bedroom balconies are priceless, as well as from the outdoor terrace from where you may enjoy fabulous sea view on Zupa Dubrovacka bay and Dubrovnik Old Tow in the distance.
Villa has 2 floors where you will find fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, living room area, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and laundry room.
Villa accommodates 10 plus 1 guests.
Ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle) together with dining area with table and chairs. Next to the dining area is charming living room with antique furniture and comfy leader sofa, as well as air condition unit, plasma SAT TV, computer, and free wireless Internet access available in all rooms in villa. This area is opened onto beautiful sea view balcony with big dining table and chairs. On this floor is also master bedroom with double bed, air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with self-standing vintage bathtub. Separated laundry room with washing machine is also near the bedroom.
First floor:
Up to the inner stairs from the ground floor is the first floor where you may find four bedrooms. All four bedrooms have double bed, wardrobe, air condition unit, ventilator, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms on this floor have private furnished balcony with beautiful sea view, while other two bedrooms have garden view.
In case of groups of up to 15 guests, there is additional 2 bedroom apartment (with kitchen, dining, living, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and separate entrance) which is near the villa, and villa plus apartment may be rented together as one unit. It is upon prior request and it is additionally charged.
Outside:
Beautiful sea side terrace is in front of the smaller house equipped with stylish terrace furniture on a sea side is ideal for the morning coffee, and well cared lawn with sun bed just next is ideal for relaxing and reading hidden from views in complete privacy and serenity.
Swimming pool dominates to the outside area, equipped with counter-current swimming mechanism and sun beds around. Nearby gazebo with comfortable sitting garniture is ideal for relaxing in shade. There is also beautiful stone made outside grill / barbecue with comfortable large dining table and chairs. Whole area around the villa is full of Mediterranean flowers and traditional Dalmatian plants.
