This amazing stone house is located in Dubrovnik area, in beautiful ambiance surrounded by greenery. House is completely renovated and modernly furnished and equipped while at the same time authentic and modern are connected so tastefully and gentle in order to fulfill all needs for relaxing and carefree vacations.
House is set up on 3 floors, and in total it consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, pool / billiard room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.
Layout:
This authentic stone villa has 3 floors connected by internal staircases.
At the ground floor are fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, entertainment room with pool / billiard table, and toilet.
There is also one more room in which you will find wine boutique.
Upper, first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, and each has en-suite bathroom.
2 of bedrooms have 2 separated, twin beds, while third bedroom at this floor has double bed.
From the hallway from this floor you may exit to the covered outdoor terrace.
The last, attic, floor are 2 more bedrooms.
Each bedroom has king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sofa which may be used as extra beds.
All bedrooms in villa has flat screen TV, entire villa is air conditioned, windows have thermo-isolated three-layer glasses with built in mosquito nets.
Outside:
Central part of outdoor area is 45 square meters sized swimming pool which has shallow part, therefore entrance to the pool is easy and adjusted to children. Around the pool are sunbeds, and aside is covered terrace large table with chairs perfect for outdoor meals and evening gatherings.
In front yard is also children playground as well as outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub at quests’ disposal.
On the upper side of the villa is another terrace as well as private parking for 3 cars.
