This amazing villa is situated in small place in Konavle region, less than 30 kilometers distanced from Dubrovnik center.

In front of the villa is large swimming pool (50 m2) surrounded by sun beds.
Aside is small gym, sauna room, and toilet.
Just step upper from the pool is covered terrace with dining table and traditional stone barbecue, and little bit more upper is terrace with Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub.
Next to the villa are also private volleyball and / or small football / soccer playground, table tennis, and children’ playground.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and has fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one separated toilet, sauna, gym, and laundry room.
Villa accommodates 8 to 9 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is rustically decorated tavern with dining area which provides additional authentic charm to this luxury stone villa. This tavern part of villa consists of massive wooden dining table with chairs, stone barbecue and large 2 side fridge with freezer and ice maker. Next to the tavern is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances / dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven…
At the ground floor is also living room with fireplace, LCD SAT Smart TV, armchair, and sofa that may be used as an extra bed for one person if needed.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are 3 bedrooms.
Each bedroom has double bed, air condition unit, LCD SAT Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
2 bedrooms have partly sea view, while third has exit to own terrace with seating garniture.
At this floor is also laundry room with washing machine and iron and ironing board.

Separated house
Aside of the pool is separated house with small gym, sauna, and toilet.
There is also one bedroom with large single bed that may be transformed into large double bed, and one bathroom with shower.

Villa is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of villa are several terraces. There is large swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.
At the side of the pool is terrace with comfy seating furniture that offers amazing view on surrounding nature, greenery, and pine trees.

In front of the villa is covered outdoor dining area with table and benches as well as stone barbecue and summer kitchen with fridge and sink with tap water.
Above this area is football and volleyball playground, and table tennis, while at the top terrace is Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub from where you may experience fully relaxation of body and soul enriched by amazing uphill view on surrounding nature.
Villa offers free private parking at the property.
