This beautiful holiday house is located in Dubrovnik town, only 900 meters distanced from Old Town center.
House has large garden full of Mediterranean plants and equipped with seating terrace furniture and sun beds, as well as completely new swimming pool.
House is set up on 2 floors, consists of kitchen, dining and living room, 5 bedrooms (1 single, 3 double, and 1 triple bedroom), 2 bathrooms and one toilet.
House accommodates up to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle… Next is dining area with table and chairs, and living room with sofa, flat screen SAT TV and sofa.
At the ground floor are one single and one double bedroom, as well as one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor:
Firs floor consists of 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms are double and have double beds, while 3rd bedroom is triple with one single and one double bed.
One bathroom with bathtub is also at this floor.
One of bedrooms has balcony. There are also one bathroom with bath tub and one toilet at this floor.
Outside:
In front of the house is beautiful fenced yard which provides privacy and full relaxation to the guests, enriched with swimming pool.
Garden is full of greenery and beautiful Mediterranean plants.
There is also 300 years old fountain, terrace furniture, and sun beds for full relaxation.
Parking for house guests is available right near the house, and there is also one parking place in private garage.
