Villa is located in Mlini, only 10 kilometers from Dubrovnik, one of the most famous Croatian tourist centers. Villa is distanced less than 100 meters from beautiful Mlini beach and crystal clear sea.
In front of this spacious villa is swimming pool, large terrace with sun beds, covered part with terrace furniture, and gazebo with summer kitchen, grill, and large dining table.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors; in total there are 2 kitchens with dining and living areas, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates 11 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find charming kitchen, dining area, and living room with corner sofa and LCD SAT TV & DVD player. This area is opened onto pool terrace.
Here are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with double bed + bunk bed and large family bathroom.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is spacious area with large, fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining and living area. Living room is opened onto balcony with balcony furniture and amazing view, and it is equipped with large corner sofa and LCD SAT TV & DVD player.
At the first floor are 3 bedrooms, each with king size double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also one separated toilet at this floor.

Entire villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this amazing villa is large terrace with swimming pool and partly sea view.
Swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds and terrace furniture. Aside of the house is gazebo with summer kitchen, grill, and large dining table with chairs. This corner is perfect for having joint meals or group gatherings.
Villa is only 90 meters distanced from the sea and beach. Path from the villa to the beach is surrounded by pine trees which provide cozy atmosphere and natural shade.
Private parking space is available to villa guests near the villa.
