Villa is located in small seaside place Trsteno where the oldest Arboretum in the world is located.
Interesting info from recent times is that in 3rd and 4th season of the TV series Game of Thrones, Arboretum Trsteno was used as the setting of the Red Keep palace gardens in King's Landing.

Next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs, and in extension is living room area with few comfy sofas and armchair. Living room is tastefully decorated and equipped with flat screen TV, and indoor fireplace.
This area has an exit to the outdoor terrace.
In villa are also 3 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 single / twin beds, and bedroom 3 with double bed and 2 extra single beds.
