Three Bedroom Villa with Pool in Duboka Bay near Milna Brac

Duboka is quite bay on island Brac with few houses. Milna is a first larger place with restaurants, coffee bars, grocery market and is distanced 3 km.
Guests enjoy fresh air, beautiful nature and crystal clear sea while in Duboka.
This beautiful villa is distanced 100 meters from the beach.
Lavander and rosemary bushes surrounding the villa providing a unique Mediterranean atmosphere in tranquility.
The swimming pool in front of the villa is small but welcoming; from the pool terrace guests can enjoy a sea view trough Mediterranean plants.
Pool terrace is quite a private place since there are no views to this area from neighboring villas.
Villa runs on solar energy and has private water tanks.
In 3 bedrooms it accommodates 6 guests.

Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a master double bedroom with large sliding doors opening to swimming pool terrace, bathroom with corner bath and another double bedroom.

First floor:
Fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator) and a dining/living area with a bathroom are on this floor. From dining/living area the glass door opens into the terrace with sitting garniture and unspoilt sea views.

Second floor:
Internal stairs lead to the attic where is a bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds.
Villa has free Wi-Fi, but the reception is not always stable, due to the isolated location of the property, so we cannot guarantee a continuous connection.

Outside:
Swimming pool with sunbeds, BBQ, garden furniture and a parking lot is in front of this lovely villa.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price and it is extra charged approximately 1 EURO per person per day for adults, and 0,7 EURO per child (12-18 years) per day.

Notes: Villa runs on solar power and there are just 2 periods in the day when the guest is permitted to use the generator to run electrical appliances such as the washing machine and dishwasher.
It is not possible to use hair dryers, hair straighteners, electric kettle and or iron at any time.
There is free Wi-Fi but the reception is not always stable.
Please note that the way to the villa from Supetar is along the main asphalt roads on Brac, but the last 200 meters the road is not asphalted.
