This holiday house is situated within large private property that provides full privacy and peace to its guests.
It is surrounded by greenery, pine trees, and beautiful olive trees. Besides swimming pool and sun beds for full relaxation, aside of the house is gazebo with outdoor dining area, traditional stone barbecue, and sink.
At the large terrace is table tennis and children’s playground as well.
Inside, house has kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet.
House accommodates 6 to 8 people.
Layout:
Inside the house is open plan kitchen with all appliances. Next to the kitchen is dining table with chairs. Right near is living room with sofa that may be transformed into comfy extra double bed if needed.
This area is opened onto the terrace equipped with table and chairs.
House has 3 bedrooms, each with king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower tub.
There is also one separated bathroom with washing machine.
Outside:
In front of this beautiful house is large yard surrounded by greenery which provides natural and cozy atmosphere enriched by sea breeze.
From the outdoor terrace you may enjoy the view at the sea and surrounding nature.
There is also swimming pool surrounded by sun beds, table tennis / ping pong game, and children playground.
Right aside of the house is gazebo with small table and chairs, traditional stone barbecue, and sink which is perfect for preparing of fresh food and joint meals.
Private parking space is available right next to the house.
