Almost each house in Selca is made from Brac stone which gives this place charm and grace.
Complete privacy is ensured with the big stone wall, secluding the pool area from curious eyes.
Only 2 kilometers away from the house are beautiful beaches where you may enjoy in crystal clear sea and beautiful nature surrounding.
Villa can accommodate 6 to 8 guests in three bedrooms.

Ground floor:
The ground comprises of 2 bedrooms ( double bedroom and twin bedroom), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher) and a living room with pull out sofa bed and LCD SAT TV.
This floor is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

First floor:
The first floor consists of double bedroom, bathroom and a living room enriched with LCD TV, PlayStation, children corner and a small fitness corner.
The entire floor is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Spacious terrace with BBQ corner and covered dining place with wooden table and benches offering beautiful views to magnificent nature and sea is a perfect place for socializing with family and friends. There is a swimming pool with sun beds for refreshment in hot summer days.
Garage for 2 cars is available for all guests.
