The quiet environment, pine forest and breathtaking views of the blue Adriatic together with the opportunity to lounge around at the spacious terrace or in the garden, makes this villa a great place to relax and at the same time, it is situated only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach, supermarket, restaurant, bars, etc. down by private path from the villa.

This amazing exclusive villa is especially suitable for parents with children, since the property around the villa is private and fenced, so parents can relax around the pool or the sun deck knowing their children are safe.

The ground floor of this deluxe villa is a wellness & spa area.
The indoor pool surrounded with large glass windows, wellness area that includes infrared sauna, massage table and tanning bed, as well as lounge area with mini kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area with leather sofa bed, LCD TV .
Here is also laundry room with all facilities necessary for washing and ironing.

First floor:
At the first floor, which is a central part of this amazing villa, are one bedroom apartment, large well-furnished salon with antique furniture and dishes, connected with library room so the guests can enjoy afternoon tea and read;
beautiful spacious kitchen and dining area; bathroom; and large terrace with sitting garniture.
The apartment has 50 m2 and is unit consisting of one double bedroom, bathroom, open space kitchen with living area (pull out sofa bed for 1) and a sea view balcony.

Second floor:
At this floor are 3 beautiful double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and a separate apartment consisting of kitchen with dining/living area equipped with pull out sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom, and sea view balcony.

Third floor:
At the top floor is a deluxe apartment sized 225 m2.
Master bedroom with private bathroom, two more double bedrooms, and a bathroom, spacious kitchen and living room connected with a large terrace offering fascinating sea views are settled at this floor.

Entire villa is air conditioned, and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside
In a carefully groomed garden over 650 square meters, our guests can enjoy serene atmosphere enriched with soothing scents of Mediterranean plants and herbs as well as a large grill terrace suitable for 14 persons with a stunning sea view for a relaxing summer night. The whole property is very private and secluded since its position was carefully chosen which makes the villa an oasis of peace.
Private parking is provided on the site.
