Villa is solar powered, therefore electricity is provided by solar panel, water is supplied from water tank.
Amazing private front terraces offers full relaxation enriched with terrace furniture, outdoor dining area, traditional stone barbecue with large bar, olive, lemon, fig trees and other Mediterranean greenery, as well as private swimming pool with sun chairs enriched by amazing view at the sea in front.

Front yard of this beautiful holiday villa is sized 3.300 square meters and it is full of beautiful fig, olive, lemon, and orange trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants like rosemary and lavender, as well as other and greenery.
Covered terrace in front of villa is equipped with table and chairs which may be used for outdoor dining or group / family gatherings in a fresh air enriched by gentle sea breeze, and surrounded by greenery.
Aside of villa is covered stone traditional barbecue / grill at guests’ disposal during the stay in villa.

Sea and beach are 20 meters distanced and there is direct path from villa yard to the sea.
