This beautiful holiday house is located in Okrug Gornji, Ciovo, only several kilometers from UNESCO protected town Trogir.
House offers beautiful yard with large swimming pool with sun decks and umbrellas, outdoor shower, children playground with trampoline, gazebo with outdoor dining table, outdoor grill, and beautiful green garden with lawn.
Inside, house is set up on 2 floors. Each floor has separated entrance, which is great for groups of friends and families who want to have holidays together, but at the same time have privacy.
In total, house has 2 kitchens with dining and living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and one additional toilet.
House accommodates 8 adults + 2 children.
Ground floor:
At this floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dining area. Next is charmingly decorated living room with comfy corner sofa, 3D flat screen TV, and Sony PlayStation console. Living room is opened onto spacious balcony with furniture. At this floor are also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and another with 2 single / twin beds, as well as bathroom with bathtub.
Upper floor:
At this floor is another kitchen with dining area, and separated living room with 2 sofas which may be transformed into an extra beds for 2 children / teenagers.
In this living room you will also find SAT TV, and it is opened onto another spacious balcony with furniture from where you may enjoy beautiful views and even smell the sea in the air from nearby beach.
At this floor are also one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single / twin beds. There is also bathroom with shower and one additional toilet.
House is air conditioned. Free Wi-fi Internet access is available in entire property, inside and outside.
Outside:
Outside area with all features and equipment provides place for full relaxation and gatherings with friends and family where everyone may find something for him/her self.
2 private parking spaces are available at the property.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
