Charming Colorfull Sea View House in Ciovo Island near Trogir

This charming sea view house is situated in a small seaside place called Okrug Gornji, in Ciovo Island near Trogir. Located in a small and quite road, this house offers fenced yard with beautiful terrace and garden, therefore it provides fully peaceful and secluded holidays for its guests, and it is just few minutes away from beautiful beach.
In a 150 square meters of living space, set up on 3 floors connected by inner spiral staircase, there are 4 bedrooms / 2 double and 2 single /, kitchen, dining and living area, and 2 bathrooms.
There are also 2 furnished balconies which offer beautiful sea view, as well as terrace and garden in front where you may gather and relax.
House accommodates up to 7 guests.

Ground floor:
Two bedrooms are at the ground floor. First one has single bed and one sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for one person. Second bedroom is double, with queen size bed, and it is opened onto the small covered patio in front of the house. Patio in front overlooks the amazing, well cared garden, and it is equipped with table and chairs. Both bedrooms have TV. There is also one bathroom with bathtub at the ground floor.

First floor / Main floor:
First floor is also a main floor of the house since all common areas are here. Therefore, tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Near the kitchen is a small dining table with chairs, and living area with comfy sofa and armchairs, LCD SAT TV and DVD player. Entire floor is antique furnished which provides additional Mediterranean charm. This area has an exit to the amazing sea view balcony furnished with table and chairs which may be used as an outdoor dining area during the summer days or for evening gatherings around the large table.

Second floor / Top floor:
At the top floor of the house are two bedrooms. First one is with single bed, and second bedroom is master bedroom with double bed, TV, and exit to the beautiful sea view balcony equipped with sun beds for full relaxation.
Here is also one bathroom with shower tub and washing machine.

Outside:
In front of the house is beautiful Mediterranean garden full of plants, with small stone paths in between.
Small covered patio is a perfect choice for have a morning coffee. Whole terrace / garden area is decorated in order to provide relaxation, therefore, each guest may find own corner to rest while stay in this charming holiday house.
There is also barbecue area enriched with large dining table suitable for 8 persons. Yard is also equipped with outdoor shower, and electrical awnings for the sun, and front yard doors opens with the remote controller.
Near the house is private parking space for 2 cars.
