This charming holiday house with swimming pool that may be heated and opened or closed, is located in Slatine, in Ciovo Island. Slatine is small fisherman village with around 1100 residents, famous for fresh fish and traditional Dalmatian wine.
Private yard around the house is enriched by well cared garden with olive trees and greenery.
There is newly built swimming pool with heating possibility which also may be completely indoor pool or partly opened (depending on weather conditions and season).
Near the pool is large common kitchen with dining area - large dining table with chairs.
There is also barbecue / grill area within the kitchen and dining area.
House is divided in 2 parts; ground floor and first floor. This type of arrangement is ideal for friends and families who love to spend holidays together, but with dose of privacy for each.
In total, house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with corresponding dining and living rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, and one separated toilet.
There are 2 balconies, as well.
House accommodates up to 8 adults + 4 children.
Ground floor:
Ground floor is suitable for 6 guests / 4 adults + 2 children.
There is living area with sofa and LCD SAT TV, connected to dining area with dining table and 4 chairs.
In the same room is a modern kitchen equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.
First bedroom is with double bed and bunk beds = ideal for children, and another bedroom with double bed.
There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, and terrace with beautiful garden view.
There is air conditioning and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
First floor:
At the first floor there is a bigger apartment with 2 bedrooms, suitable for 6 people / 4 adults + 2 children.
It consists of 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There's cozy living room with comfy sofa bed for 2 persons and LCD SAT TV.
From the living room there's an exit to spacious balcony with sitting terrace furniture.
Living room is connected to dining area with stylish table and chairs, and modernly designed kitchen equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine. There's also one bathroom with shower, and one additional separated toilet.
Apartment is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
Beautiful olive garden gives you a touch of Mediterranean charm. There's also a swimming pool and children's playground, what makes this house excellent choice for entire family.
For the season 2016, there is completely new summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area which completes the story of truly relaxing and memorable vacations in this really adorable holiday house.
