Large Holiday House with Pool and Outdoor Jacuzzi in Slatine near Trogir

This large holiday house is located in small place Slatine in Island Ciovo, only 400 meters from the sea, beautiful beaches and Slatine center where you will find restaurants, bars, and grocery shop.
Large front yard of the house is enriched with swimming pool, Jacuzzi hot tub suitable for 6 people, children’s playground, traditional stone barbecue, and sitting furniture.
House is situated in peaceful area in Slatine, but at the same time is close enough to everything; thus while staying here you may enjoy in complete privacy but beach, restaurant, shop… are at the walking distance to the house.
It is consists of 2 buildings; bigger and smaller house. Bigger one is set up on 2 floors and smaller one has only ground floor.
In total, house consists of 3 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilet rooms.
House accommodates 12 to 16 guests.

Main house – ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; next is large dining area with table and chairs suitable for 16 people. This area has an exit to the front terrace where is traditional stone barbecue.
Two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with single bed are also at the ground floor, as well as one bathroom with washing machine. There is also one separated toilet room.

First floor:
First floor is pretty much the same as ground floor. There is fully equipped kitchen with small dining table, and spacious living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed.
Next is one toilet room. At the first floor also are 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds, and one with single bed. There is as well one shared bathroom.

Smaller house:
Smaller house is designed as one bedroom apartment. There is fully equipped kitchen with small dining area, living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed if needed, and one double bedroom. One bathroom with washing machine is also there.

Outside:
Front area of this lovely house is enriched with swimming pool surrounded by sun deck and sun umbrellas for full relaxation.
There is small gazebo, children’s playground, and table tennis.
At the other side of front terrace is barbecue / grill area with large dining table and chairs, perfect for having fresh prepared meals or evening gatherings.
In front of the smaller house is Jacuzzi hot tub suitable for 6 people.
Near the house is private parking space.

Damage deposit: 350,00 € (payable directly to the owner upon the arrival; returned upon departure)
