This beautiful seafront villa with pool has charming outdoor yard with lawn, outdoor dining with barbecue and lounge area.
The main part of the outdoor space is swimming pool surrounded with sun beds overlooking the sea enriched by gentle sea breeze offers full relaxation.
Inside, villa has 2 floors and gallery and consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, another (working) kitchen in separated room, storage room with washing machine, 5 double bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 10 guests.
Layout:
At the main floor is living area in same area with kitchen and dining room.
Villa has another, so called 'working kitchen' next to the main kitchen but in separated room.
This is great when guests want to hire professional chef who cooks in separated kitchen so may cook without disturbing guests, and the visible kitchen in living area stays clean.
As well, if guests order breakfast, chef prepare it in separated kitchen and clean the dishes from the previous day, if any.
Next to the living area is one shared bathroom for daily use.
From the living room is exit to the terrace with barbecue and pool.
At this floor is also 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Down from the main floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and up to the stairs from the main floor is gallery with 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.
Villa management is at guests' disposal all the time of their stay, so it is possible to agree and arrange all kind of additional services, daily excursions to nearby places and domestic households in the island, visits to nearby islands and towns such as famous Dubrovnik, fishing trips, massages, private professional chef for cooking meals, breakfasts, food delivery, transfers, boat rent, car rent, stand-up pedal board, bicycles, and many other services.
Outside:
Besides pool, terrace, and outdoor dining with barbecue, villa has garage with 2 parking places, as well as private beach with wooden dock where is offered private boat mooring for villa guests.
