This exclusive villa is built in a traditional Dalmatian style and it reflects the traditional culture of living in this area. Rogac is a small, fishing village in Solta Island with seaport and tourist offices, bus station, several restaurants, coffee bar. It is also the main ferry port of the island.
This newly built villa with sea view, within the walking distance to the beach (80 m), is located in a lush Mediterranean garden and completely incorporated in the construction of the village, which is under the protection of cultural monuments.
Arranged on 2 floors, this luxury villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 extra guest toilet, kitchen, living room, dining room, and beautiful sea view balcony.
Villa accommodates up to 9 guests.
Ground floor:
The unique style and interior design is obvious in every corner of this exclusive villa. Fully equipped stylish kitchen with all cookeries, dishes, and eating utensils, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and dining area are situated on ground floor, just few steps from spacious living room with comfortable leader sofa and armchair, air condition, LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and Hi-fi system.
Living room is opened onto outside pool terrace.
Master bedroom is also on ground floor. Master bedroom consists of double bed with anatomic mattress, extra single sofa bed for 1 person, walk-in wardrobe, air condition unit, safe deposit box, and en-suite bathroom with shower, floor heating, and toiletries.
Near master bedroom there is one more bedroom. It is twin bedroom / with two separate single beds, both with anatomic mattresses and air condition unit in the bedroom. There is an extra guest toilet on this floor.
First floor:
First floor consists of 2 double bedrooms both with anatomic mattresses, air condition units, walk-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with shower, floor heating, and toiletries. One bedroom on the first floor has private sea-view balcony, and other one is with private sea view terrace.
Outside:
In front of this exclusive villa, under the roofed terrace is outside dining area with table and chairs and outdoor grill. This is perfect for enjoy the meals during the hot summer days and pleasant evenings.
Swimming pool is just in front, few steps from here. Whole outside area is furnished with terrace / garden furniture and sun beds in order to provide complete relaxation.
Beside this, villa offers 2 bicycles and private parking space.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND VILLA POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Please note, tourist tax is not included in accommodation price; it is payable directly to the villa manager on arrival.
1,30 € per adult, and 1,00 € per child (12-18 years) per day. Children under the age of 12 do not pay tourist tax.
