It offers beautiful sea view and authentic Dalmatian charm visible in wooden floors, and every stone in and in front of the house.
However, house is modernly equipped with all necessary appliances, so in fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms is everything you might need for your relaxing and relaxing holidays in Komiza, island Vis.

Interior of this house spreads on 4 floors all connected by inner staircases;
There are fully equipped kitchen with all necessary and brand new Miele appliances together with dining area equipped with SAT TV, living room with sofa and LCD SAT TV. Near is bathroom with shower.
House also offers 2 bedrooms situated at 2 upper floors; one bedroom is with double bed and another with 2 single / twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside:
In front of the house is charming terrace with terrace furniture. Please note that outdoor terrace / yard is shared with neighbors next door.
House offers vicinity to all Komiza attractions and beautiful beach which is only 30 meters from the house.
Please note that terrace in front is shared with the next door house.
Facilities such as shops, restaurants, bars… are within 100 meters from the house, therefore by staying in this house, you will definitely feel the charm and atmosphere of real life in Komiza.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 250, 00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 100 € per stay - week or less.
Terrace in front of the house is not private, it is shared with one more house which is next door to this one.
