This newly renovated stone house located in heart of island Vis offers adorable sea views and vicinity to beautiful pebble beach.
Entire house was designed in order to offer all comfort and relaxation to its guests in absolute privacy but at the same time close to all facilities and tourist attractions.
House is set up on 3 levels and in total it offers kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, and one separated toilet room.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Layout:
This romantic 3 storey house has fully equipped kitchen and dinning area with fireplace and admirable brick wall.
Following the stairs down you enter the master bedroom with exit to the lovely terrace. There is sofa bed and bathroom with walk in shower as well washing machine at this level.
At the upper floor are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom / shower and separate toilet.
Each bedroom has its own air condition unit.

Outside:
Backyard with outdoor shower, outdoor fireplace and dinning table where you can enjoy exceptional nature and marvelous sunsets with glass of wine with friends or family.
Front yard offers beautiful completely new swimming pool and traditional stone barbecue with small summer kitchen. - this part has just been finished, new photos with decorated interior and area around pool are expected very soon.
Private parking spaces for guests available on site.
Please note that last few kilometers of road that leads to the house are not asphalted, it is rough road which leads to this amazing bay where you definitely will enjoy away island life and true Mediterranean atmosphere enriched by amazing views, crystal clear sea, and smells of pure nature, and this house is middle house of 3 houses in a row.
The smell of pines and sea will definitely stay in your memories as mesmerizing holiday experience.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Check-in from 16:00 & Check-out till 10:00 a.m.
Damage deposit: 300, 00 € (payable directly to the owner/manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Please note: Prices displayed in calendar are for 6 guests occupancy in villa.
Extra person (maximum 2 extra) is additionally charged 50 euro per day.
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in amount of 160 € per stay; week or less.
