This authentic stone house is located in town Vis, part called Kut, which is a center of town Vis, and it was completely renovated in 2017. in order to provide comfortable accommodation in stylishly decorated interior.
Location of the house offers great advantages, vicinity to the sea, town beaches, local restaurants, shops, bars... and atmosphere of real life in Vis as local people, felling the smell of the sea and breeze within stone walls.
House offers front yard within which you may find very attractive outdoor dining area with barbecue / grill. This patio is paved in stone, and the part of it is shared with the next door house, but it is the special beauty and charm of living and staying in authentic center of Vis town.
Upper terrace offers lounge area for daily relaxations.
House offers kitchen with dining and living area, 5 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with shower.
It is suitable for accommodation of up to 10 guests.
Inside, house is set up on 3 floors and attic. When you enter the house there is fully equipped stylish kitchen with all appliances together with dining area, and in extension to this is living room with stylish sofa and flat screen TV. There is also one bathroom on this floor.
At the 2 upper floors are 2 double bedrooms at each floor, and at each of these floors is one of the bathrooms.
Attic floor offers one more bedroom with double bed.
From bedrooms is offered amazing view to the sea and red roof tops of surrounding neighborhood.
