This amazing vacation villa is located right in front of the sea and beautiful small pebbles beach in Peljasac Peninsula, not far away from Orebic town.
There is private path and stairs with doors that leads directly to the beach where you may enjoy crystal clear sea and sun all day long.
Spacious yard in front of the villa consists of beautiful gardens full of greenery and Mediterranean herbs and trees which make natural shade and relaxing atmosphere during the hot sunny days.
There are also beautiful terraces with furniture, outdoor dining with barbecue, outdoor shower, and lounge areas for perfect rest of body and soul.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and it consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + one separated toilet, and beautiful upper floor balcony with seating furniture and sea view, as well as roof terrace perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings and amazing views at the sea and bay in front.
In 5 double bedrooms, villa accommodates up to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with all appliances together with dining area and living room with sofa and flat screen SAT TV are at the ground floor. At this floor are 3 bedrooms, each with double (queen) bed, one bathroom with shower, and one additional toilet.
Upper Floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have exit to the shared balcony equipped with furniture where you may enjoy in morning coffee or just soak up the sun rays and amazing views enriched by smell of nature and Mediterranean greenery.
There is also one more, smaller balcony which is rooftop balcony, also equipped with balcony furniture.
Villa is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front of this beautiful villa is large private fenced yard full of greenery and trees which make natural shade during the hot summer days enriched with gentle sea breeze which definitely offers additional relaxing and tranquil atmosphere to this beautiful environment.
Cristal clear sea and one of the most beautiful bays and beaches in the area are just there. Private path with stairs leads directly to the amazing beach made of small pebbles, and therefore suitable for children and people in all ages to enjoy all day long.
At the covered part of the terrace is large outdoor dining table with seats for 10 people and traditional stone barbecue. There is also gas grill, as well as lounge area, terrace furniture, sun beds, hammocks, outdoor shower, and lots of other details which complete the yard which definitely is the most valuable asset and area where guests spend the most of their time during the stay in this amazing property, as it offers privacy and peace in a pure natural surroundings.
