Luxury beach villa Orebic is traditional Dalmatian stone house, renovated in order to provide all necessary comfort for the modern people. It is carefully refurbished according to the principles of traditional architecture made with natural materials only, combined with facilities of modern luxury.
With total surface of 170 square meters of living area, on three floors / levels, this house may easily accommodate up to 9 persons.
Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room.

Ground floor:
Spacious living area / saloon dominate to the ground floor of this luxury beach villa.
Inside the saloon there is professionally equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender... There is also dining area with table and chairs, and open fireplace /wood burning and one bathroom with shower. Complete ground floor is air conditioned. Saloon and dining room are opened to completely sheltered garden.

First floor:
Up the stairs there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third bedroom have bed that is middle size between double and single (130 cm) and it may be also bed for 2 persons if needed. All bedrooms have air condition unit. This floor also has small lounge with LCD SAT TV.

Second floor / attic:
The master bedroom is positioned on the second floor. Master bedroom is large bedroom with king size bed, unobstructed sea view, and en-suite bathroom with shower bath tub. There is possibility of an extra bed in master bedroom.

Outside:
This beautiful luxury villa located right on the beach has completely sheltered yard in front of the house. There is swimming pool with sea water and sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower near, all completely hidden from views. There are also a bunch of intimate corners for sunbathing and relaxing near the sea. Villa is proud for its direct access to the sea and beautiful beach in front, as well as unobstructed sea view on entire Peljesac archipelago.
Well cared gardens are rich with Mediterranean species and herbs which gives additional charm to your vacations. Outdoor grill and terrace furniture are there to enjoy meals during the summer days on fresh air, sheltered and surrounded by pure nature.
All in all, this villa is the compound of an outstanding location, local tradition, and modern luxury comfort.
