The villa is located in a small hamlet of about 12 houses above Viganj built during the 18th century and connected by old stone streets, many of which contain steps.
Access to the villa is by a 100m walk from the road up an ancient stone path, where is a parking place. This is not suitable for wheelchair access, nor for people with walking difficulties.
Just 500 m away from the villa is a Viganj – lovely little town on semi-island Peljesac in Croatia. Famous for its long beaches and winds suitable for wind surfing, this is a paradise for windsurfers and all travelers looking for inspiring sea views and activity possibilities. Unspoiled surrounding nature and the air full of Mediterranean scents create a tranquil atmosphere in Viganj making this place great holiday destination.
Local restaurants offer fresh organic food but the real gem is wineries all over the Peljesac where they serve most amazing wines produced in this area. Just few driving minutes is a Korcula, amazing little town with great history, architecture and charm.
Villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises fully equipped modern kitchen (coffee maker, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave), living room with beautiful indoor fireplace, leader sofa and a dining area with table and chairs for 10. This large room is kept wonderfully cool in summer by its very thick stone walls.If you can’t live without the internet or your music or DVDs, there is WIFI and a surround-sound home theater system that contains a Blue-ray / DVD / CD player with external Aux and HDMI cables to connect external devices such as iPads, media players, games consoles, etc. There is also an iPhone/iPod dock. Utility room (washing machine, laundry airer, Iron & Ironing board) and toilet are on the lower level of the ground floor.
First floor
Two double en suite bedrooms each with amazing sea views. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and air condition.
Second floor
Double en suite bedroom and a twin en suite bedroom are on this floor; one bedroom has a packable baby cot. Both bedrooms have sea views and air condition.
Outside
Three beautiful interlinked terraces outside of the villa and a stone balcony on the top floor each offering stunning sea views. One terrace has a swimming pool with fresh water and sun beds while on the other terrace is a large wooden table with benches and a barbecue for meal preparing.
Parking is distanced 100 m from the villa.
