This charming holiday house is located in Tucepi, small seaside place in Makarska Riviera.
House is situated little bit uphill and therefore it offers amazing views to the sea and surroundings from above.
In front of the house is beautiful terrace with private swimming pool at guests’ disposal surrounded by beautiful garden with greenery and Mediterranean plants which together provide relaxing atmosphere for comfortable holidays. There is also traditional stone barbecue / grill at the other side of the house, as well as dining table with wooden benches.
Inside, house has fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 equipped balconies with beautiful view.
House accommodates 4 to 5 guests.
Layout:
House is set up on 2 floors which are connected by internal staircases.
Inside the house are fully equipped kitchen with dining and living areas, 2 bedrooms with double bed each, bathroom with shower, and 2 balconies.
Kitchen is equipped with appliances such as stove (electric and gas), oven, microwave, and fridge with freezer.
Living area is furnished with seating furniture, sofa and armchair which may be pull out in an extra bed for one person if needed. There is also SAT TV, CD player, and Air Condition.
House also offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front of the house are 2 terraces. One is with swimming pool and sun beds as well as outdoor shower, and other is with outdoor barbecue / grill and dining table set up in natural shade of greenery.
There is also garden full of greenery and plants.
Terrace offers amazing view at the sea and surroundings, and house location definitely offers all peace and privacy for relaxing holidays.
Parking is available at the property.
