In the ground floor lives the owner, which is there for maintain the garden and pool and to be at the guests disposal 24/7. The privacy is guaranteed.
Villa is set on the first floor where is a large living room with leather sofa bed, SAT-TV, dining area with table and chairs and a large well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave). There is 2 en-suite air conditioned double bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms sharing one bathroom and extra toilet on this floor too. From living area is an exit to the balcony with sitting garniture and panoramic sea views. The living area and kitchen are air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside
500 m 2 of the garden containing the organic garden, swimming pool 8x4 with sun beds and umbrellas, children swimming pool which is a partially Jacuzzi bath with hydro massage and a covered gazebo with summer kitchen, grill and dining table with chairs.
