This luxury villa is located in west part of Makarska. It is 800 meters away from the sea, and 1500 meters from Makarska center and all city and tourist attractions.
Since there is a large fenced yard around the villa surrounded by olive groves, it provides full privacy and relaxing vacations to its guests enriched with private swimming pool and traditional Dalmatian Tavern (in Croatian / Dalmatian language called: konoba) along with wine cellar located in the basement of this villa.
Villa is set up on 3 floors; basement, ground, and first floor.
In total, villa consists of 2 fully equipped kitchens with dining areas (main and tavern), living room, 3 bedrooms including gallery bedroom, and 3 bathrooms.
There is also wine cellar in fully equipped tavern, and private outdoor swimming pool with hydro-massage waterfall and heating possibility in front.
Right next to the villa is annexed apartment with separated entrance. Apartment has one bedroom and may be used as additional accommodation together with villa, upon prior request.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Basement:
In the basement you will find superbly equipped tavern (traditional Dalmatian konoba) with fully equipped kitchen with all modern devices, fireplace / grill, massive large wooden table, wine cellar, 2 LCD SAT TV, and bathroom.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of kitchen with dining area, separate living room, and bathroom.
Kitchen is an open plan, and it is equipped with glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils. There is also dining area with table and chairs and LCD SAT TV. Living area is a separate room equipped with sofa and armchairs, open fireplace, LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. From the living room there is a direct exit to the swimming pool and pool terrace.

First floor:
Upstairs, at the first floor, are 2 double bedrooms and one gallery with double bed.
Bedroom 1 has king size bed, LCD SAT TV, free Wi-Fi Internet access, desk, closet, and private balcony that offers amazing sea view. This bedroom also has a gallery with one double bed.
Bedroom 2 has king size bed, LCD SAT TV, free Wi-Fi Internet access, and closet. Here is also a gallery with work desk and beautiful view on Biokovo Mountain.
In the hall is shared bathroom with hydro-massage shower cabin.

Each room in villa is air-conditioned / each floor / and equipped with floor heating, as well as Wi-Fi Internet access.

Next to the villa is annexed apartment with one bedroom / comfy pull out sofa that may be used for accommodation in cases there is more than 6 guests in a group.
Apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. It is air conditioned.

Outside:
Villa is surrounded with olive groves. Large yard around d villa is fully fenced, thus it provides complete privacy to its guests. Behind the villa is beautiful swimming pool with hydro-massage waterfall and water heating possibility. Near the pool is a covered terrace with large dining table ideal for having meals or gatherings.
Villa also provides private outdoor parking space.
