At the ground floor is fully equipped open plan kitchen. Right next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs, and below dining area is spacious, stylishly decorated living room with sofa and LCD SAT TV.
Next to this is one shared toilette room.
At the ground floor is one spacious bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

First floor:
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are with double bed. One bedroom has en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have shared bathroom with the shower.

Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Two bedrooms in villa have possibility to add one additional bed.

Up to the stairs from the first floor is a roof terrace. It may also be reached by the outside stairs that leads directly to this terrace.
Terrace is covered and equipped with sitting furniture, and it is perfect for relaxation or reading while breathing fresh air.

Outside:
In front of the villa is beautiful swimming poll surrounded by beautiful garden and terrace. Covered part of terrace is equipped with dining furniture perfect for having meals in pure natural environment.
All around is maintained lawn perfect for children’s playing, thus this villa provides children friendly environment.
