This beautiful vacation villa is located in small seaside place near Pula, and only 70 meters distanced from amazing pebble beach.
In front of the villa is beautiful garden with various plants, amazing maintained lawn with sun beds, and natural shaded terrace with dining area and summer kitchen with outdoor barbecue / grill, swimming pool, fitness room, as well as maintained lawn and garden including children background.
Inside, villa consists of kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and toilet all set up on 2 floors.
Villa accommodates 8 to 9 guests.

This beautiful villa will have completely newly built swimming pool for the season 2017.!

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave.
Door from the kitchen leads to dining area with table and chairs, and stylish living room with comfy sofas and armchairs, flat screen SAT TV, DVD Player, and indoor fireplace. Larger sofa also may be used as an extra bed for 1 guest if needed.
At the ground floor are also 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Both bedrooms have exit to the private balcony.
Toilet is right near the kitchen, where an exit to outdoor covered terrace is, as well as outdoor stone barbecue/grill within summer kitchen.

First floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 2 more bedrooms both with double beds.
One bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, and another bathroom is in a hallway next to the second bedroom.

Outside:
Right in front of the villa is beautiful terrace with large table and chairs, covered with natural greenery and therefore provides natural shade to the entire area, so it is perfect for having group meals from traditional stone barbecue / grill which is right there together with charming stone summer kitchen.
The other part of outdoor area is beautiful, maintained lawn, with garden furniture and sun beds, surrounded by gardens and greenery, charming playground for children, as swimming pool for full relaxation.
There is also fitness room with some devices, as well as table football / soccer game.
Private parking place is available at the property as well as garage parking.
Beautiful pebble beach is only 50 meters from the villa, and all other facilities and attractions are at the walking distance from the villa.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price and it is payable in cash upon the arrival in villa; 1 euro per adult per day, and 0,7 euro per children (12-17 y). Children under the ages of 12 do not pay for tourist tax.
Final Cleaning is not included in prices. It is payable in cash upon the arrival in amount of 50 euro per week stay.
