The marvelous luxury estate is set in a peaceful area with view on Kvarner Bay and is close to several bigger cities like Moscenicka Draga, Opatija, and Rijeka. If you are up for little bit more active vacation Ucka Mountain is not far away from the place, and you can organize hiking tours and picnic with your family and friends. Sandy beach, markets, restaurants and city center are only 2 km away from this vacation heaven.

The estate comprises two houses on a 3.500 m2 property which is very welcoming for the kids offering them a playground with slides, swings, and private tree house.

The guests can relax in the heated pool, sun lounger or in a hammock. There is a summer kitchen outside and a barbecue for preparing healthy meals for family members.

Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Main House
The ground floor comprises fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine,microwave, freezer, electric stove top,refrigerator, juicer, toaster), dining area and a living area enriched with SAT LED TV and romantic fireplace. The house is beautifully decorated with amazing care for details and equipped with all modern amenities.Bathroom with washing machine is set on this floor too.
The stairs lead to the first floor where are three double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms.

Guesthouse
The guest house ground floor has a lovely kitchen equipped with modern amenities ( dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and the beautiful living room where is a fireplace and LED TV. The first floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a gallery on this house with pull out sofa bed where two guests can sleep.
Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire house.

Outside
Outside is a place of total relaxation featuring heated swimming pool, garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining table, kids playground (trampoline, slides, swings, tree house, parking - all fenced to ensure privacy.
