30 square meters large swimming pool with roman stairs access is central part of the outdoor area. Comfy sun beds, terrace furniture, grill and outdoor dining table with chairs, at the private yard paved in high quality white stone and surrounded by maintained lawn offers relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to the guests.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and it consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, guests toilet, and 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Aside is living room area with comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed, as well as designer armchairs to chill out during the day. There is also master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower at this floor. From this bedroom you have access to the terrace through the glass doors. At this floor is also one guests toilet.
Up to the internal staircases are 2 more bedrooms. First bedroom is with 2 separated single / twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom is with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms in villa are tastefully furnished with comfy beds and stylish bathrooms.
Villa is fully air conditioned, all bedrooms have own air condition units. Villa offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
