Beautiful house situated in small picturesque village Razanj in Rogoznica Riviera only 300 meters from amazing pebble beach is a great holiday house for group of friends or large families.
It consists of two separated floor apartments each with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace.
The house is very quality constructed, so its’ very thick walls provide cozy atmosphere in whole house.
Holiday house Razanj easily accommodates 10 guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, cooking dishes, and eating utensils.
There's also a living room with comfy sofa.
One bedroom at this floor is double, and another one is triple with one double bed, and one single.
In the bathroom there is Jacuzzi bathtub and hair dryer.
Therefore, this floor may accommodate 5 people.
First floor:
First floor of the house consists of 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds, and one single bedroom), kitchen, living room, bathroom, and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, and freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, cooking dishes, and eating utensils. This floor has free Wi Fi Internet access, iron and ironing board. In the bathroom there is Jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine, and hair dryer.
Outside:
In the front of the holiday house is a beautiful fenced garden with table and chairs where you may enjoy in natural shade during the hot summer days, in the breaks between goings to the beach, or have meals. It is also great for evening relaxations in natural environment.
There is also outdoor barbecue and dining area with table and chairs for enjoying fresh prepared meals.
There is newly built swimming pool and children playground corner set at beautiful and maintained lawn.
Holiday house Razanj is a perfect getaway for large families or group of friends.
