House accommodates up to 8-10 guests.

At the ground floor there is a handy kitchen and charming entertainment area with table soccer and billiards / pool table and sofa.
There are also 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with a shower.
First floor:
Up to the external staircases is the main floor with kitchen, living room with sofa and dining area from where you may enjoy an amazing view of the sea.

Outside:
Barely 30 meters from the house is a crystal clear sea, and beach, for swimming and relaxation.
In the house yard you may enjoy a swimming pool with fountain, outdoor shower, grill and dining area.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND VILLA POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300,00 EUR (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
