Villa accommodates up to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find charming kitchen with dining area, and living room with large corner sofa that may easily be transformed into an extra bed if needed There are also LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access..
At this floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with double bed, and one shared bathroom with shower.
Ground floor is opened onto charming maintained garden full of greenery, garden furniture, large terrace with large stone dining table and traditional stone barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining or evening gatherings.

First floor:
First floor consist of modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with beautiful view, and stylish living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed, LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Living room area has an exit onto a pool terrace.
There are also 3 bedrooms; two bedrooms are with double beds, and the third is with two single / twin beds.
Near are two bathrooms with shower.

Outside:
In front of the ground floor is beautiful maintained garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants and flowers. It provides really relaxing atmosphere in complete privacy, with natural shade and large stone table with chairs as an outdoor dining area enriched by sea breeze. There is also traditional stone barbecue for complete impression of Dalmatian charm.
At the upper level is private swimming pool and terrace equipped with terrace furniture and sun beds. This are offers marvelous sea view.
Less than 100 meters from the villa is private beach, exclusively for villa guests. Beach is concrete plateau with pebble equipped with wooden bench, sun beds and umbrella. There is direct path from the villa to the private beach.
Villa also has private garage for parking of 2 cars, as well as 5 more open air parking spaces at the property.
