Villa is set up on 3 floors.
Each floor has its own kitchen with dining and living area, so in total there are 3 kitchens with dining and living area, 10 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms, sauna room, and small gym, as well as balconies / terraces, and area around the villa with garden / terrace furniture and children’s playground.
Villa accommodates 20 guests.

First floor:
At the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with corresponding bathroom with shower.

Middle floor:
First floor consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, and living room with sofa, 3D LCD SAT TV, fire place, and Wi-Fi Internet access that covers entire floor. From the living area there is an exit to the terrace furnished with dining table and chairs from where you may enjoy amazing sea view on beautiful blue sea that blends with the sky.
At the first floor are 3 bedrooms.
First bedroom is triple with king size bed plus one single bed. Second bedroom is with double bed, and the third is twin, with 2 single beds.
There are 3 bathrooms. Two of them are with shower, while the third one is with hydro massage bath tub.

Top floor:
Second floor is reachable by external staircases, and it consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area where large dining table with chairs is. Large living room with comfy sofa, 3D LCD SAT TV, indoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi Internet access that covers entire floor. Glass doors here are exit to the large terrace / balcony equipped with dining table and chairs, perfect for meals on a fresh air or evening gatherings together as a group. This place offers amazing sea view that leaves none reluctant.
There are 5 bedrooms at the second floor. 4 bedrooms are with double beds, and 5th bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds. Each bedroom has LCD TV, air condition unit, fridge with freezer, and windows with security shutters that can be closed to provide shade.
At this floor are 5 bathrooms as well. Each bathroom is with shower and has shower screen.

Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

In the basement of villa you will find sauna room and small gym with equipment.

Outside:
Behind the villa is dining table with chairs perfect for serving fresh meals from the right next located outdoor barbecue / grill, and children’s playground. Entire villa is surrounded by beautiful lawn and maintained garden which is fenced and thus provides full privacy.
There is also private and secure parking space right near the villa.
