Only 5 minutes drive will take you to beautiful sand and pebble beaches of Stobrec and a 20 minutes drive will take you to the historical centre of Split where you can spend your day sightseeing the Diocletian’s Palace, taste local cuisine in one of many restaurants...
You can have carefree holiday resting on sun beds by the pool, while your children is playing in beautiful lawned garden. The air is filled with scents of rosemary, sage and lavender.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of 2 garages for 2 cars and a basement. Internal stairs leads to the first floor.
First floor:
Here are two lovely double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, two shower bathrooms and 1 toilet; fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, taster, coffee maker and dining/living area with table and six chairs, sofa bed that can be converted into the sleeping bed for two.
Villa is air conditioned and has free Wi Fi.
Outside:
Outside is gorgeous fenced garden with large swimming pool (8x4), outdoor shower, sun beds, covered BBQ area, terrace with sitting garniture, children corner, basketball playground.
Parking is private, next to the villa and can accept 4 cars.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
