This lovely villa is located in Visnjan, small stone town with amazing history and beautiful nature.
Villa provides large outdoor area with sea water swimming pool and sun beds and outdoor dining area with grill.
From villa, you may enjoy the views to the sea, Visnjan town center, and surrounding nature; therefore, this fully equipped villa is perfectly positioned and designed in order to provide relaxing holidays to its guests.
In 5 bedrooms, villa accommodates 10 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dining area with table and chairs.
In living area is indoor fireplace, comfy sofa, and flat screen SAT TV.
There also are 3 double bedrooms, each with double bed.
Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, while 3rd bathroom is in the hallway near 3rd bedroom.
This 3rd bathroom is also equipped with washing machine.
First floor:
Up to the internal staircases is entertainment area with billiard / pool table and PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii consoles.
There are also 2 double bedrooms, both with double beds, and one bathroom with bathtub located in hallway.
Entire villa is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
At the 900 square meters of private land around the villa are beautiful maintained lawns and gardens.
Central part of outdoor area is definitely swimming pool filled with sea water, and therefore very suitable for kids and people with allergies, surrounded by sun beds and stylish swing.
There is also outdoor dining area with large table and chairs located under the covered part of the terrace, as well as grill at guests’ disposal.
Private parking space is available at the property.
