Villa offers large private property with pool (55 square meters sized) and pool terrace with sunbeds, single and double - and some are covered, surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery, maintained lawn, and enriched with amazing sea views and gentle sea breeze.
There are also 2 outdoor showers, few terraces with dining tables, and lounge area.
Property consists of 2 houses, main and annexed house, large kitchen with dining and living room, 2 master bedrooms, 2 apartments, each with bedroom (one of the bedrooms have 2 double beds, and another has 2 single beds), 5 bathrooms, one toilet, and one studio as 5th bedroom with one king bed and one extra bed.
In 5 bedrooms and studio, villa accommodates 12 to 13 guests.
Layout:
Property consists of 2 houses, both stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped in order to cover all needs of modern life.
Main villa is set up on 2 floors.
At the ground floor are 2 master bedrooms, each with king size double bed and en-suite luxury designed bathroom with shower. At this floor are staircases which leads up to the upper floor where you will find large main kitchen with all appliances, cookeries and cutleries, as well as dining area with stylish table and chairs, and stylishly furnished and equipped living room opened onto outdoor terrace.

Annexed house is right near the main house, and outdoor stairs leads from main to annexed house.
Annexed house consists of 2 separated apartments.
Each apartment has one bedroom; in first one are two king size double beds, and in other one are 2 single / twin beds.
Each apartment has spacious bathroom with shower, and living area with sofa, kitchenette, and dining table.
