This seafront house is situated in small and peaceful sea town Cavtat, less than 20 kilometers from historical, cultural, and tourist center, famous town Dubrovnik.
Seafront house is located in quiet bay, away from everyday noise and crowd, just 30 meters from beautiful beach.
House has 3 terraces with fascinating sea view, it is comprises of 2 floors and attic, and beside mentioned furnished terraces, it has kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and attic that may be a sleeping or living area for 2-4 people. There is also covered parking space in front of the house.
House accommodates up to 14 guests..
Ground floor:
Stylish kitchen with all cookery and cutlery, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher is on the ground floor. The spacious dining and living area dominates to the ground floor. There is dining table and stone made fireplace, and near is leader sofa with LCD SAT TV. This area has exit to one of the terraces in front of the house, furnished with sitting garniture and sun beds. Terrace is covered and though provides all necessary comfort in shade while you enjoy the gorgeous sea view.
One bedroom with single bed is at the ground floor too. Single bed in this bedroom has possibility to pull out one extra bed for one person. Opposite of bedroom is a bathroom with shower and separate laundry room with washing machine.
Stairs from the living area floor leads to the first floor.
First floor:
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms. First bedroom is with double bed, second bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds, and the third one is also with twin beds, but with the possibility to pull out 2 extra beds; one from each existing bed.
Two bathrooms are on this floor, one with shower tub and other with full size bath tub.
Two bedrooms have exit to the first floor terrace furnished with sitting garniture and sun umbrellas.
Top floor / attic:
Up the stairs form the first floor is attic. It is a spacious open area with one double bed on one side, and comfy sofa on the other side. Sofa may be transformed into a double bed suitable for 2 people. There is also LCD SAT TV.
Whole house is covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front of the house is a terrace with terrace furniture and BBQ. Sea view from this place is really priceless as well as relaxing in shade, and beautiful pebble beach that is just at your fingertips.
