Luxury, 4 bedroom stone villa with pool in Cilipi, green Konavle region of Dubrovnik Riviera, is a real miracle of culture and tradition enriched with modern luxury and hidden from everyday life jam.
This villa exists since times of nobility and aristocracy. First written documents about this villa are from 18th century even though it is assumed that villa is much older than that, considering that the chapel in front of the villa was built in 15th century.
Villa is carefully renovated few years ago.
Strong stone walls and adorable exterior make it so charming; it provides a touch of past and at the same time impress with style and luxury and provides relaxation in heated swimming pool surrounded by pure nature only.
Living area of 400 square meters is divided on 2 floors, and consists of kitchen, dining and living area, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a toilet. There are also bedroom balconies, furnished terraces, and maintained gardens, lawn, pool and pool area, arranged on 2600 square meters around the villa.
Villa accommodates up to 8 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee machine, as well as all cooking and eating utensils and dishes. Next to the kitchen is small round dining table with chairs. Besides that, there is separate dining room traditionally decorated, as tavern, with massive large wooden table and benches. Near is cozy living room with stylish furniture, comfortable sofa and LCD SAT TV & DVD player. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and one separated common used toilet are also at the ground floor.
First floor:
At the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with balconies with panoramic views of Konavle countryside and hills around. There are two bathrooms on this floor as well. One of them is with shower tub, and another is with hydro massage bath tub, both equipped with toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, and hairdryers.
Outside:
Villa is surrounded by typical Mediterranean garden that represents oasis of peace and relaxation. Historical stone chapel from 15th century is located in villa's garden. It's supposed that people who built the chapel were members of noble family who owned this house at first.
Exterior is also enriched with heated swimming pool for full relaxation and enjoyment in pure nature, and fresh air far, far away from any kind of industry, with sun beds and sun umbrellas around.
