This modern villa is situated in Konavle, small village Mocici, right next to the Konavle place Cilipi.
Villa is located in 4000 square meters of private yard and has 500 meters of fenced yard in front of villa with 40 m2 sized swimming pool, beautiful garden, and furnished terraces with traditional stone barbecue corner with outdoor dining area.
Inside, villa is completely renovated and modernly decorated. It is set up on 2 floors and consists of kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 people.
Ground floor:
The ground floor of this elegant villa consists of fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, cookery, and cutlery. Right near the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen has an exit to pool terrace. Next to this is one bathroom with shower and separate entrance. This kind of arrangement is good, as guests do not have to enter the house from the pool if they need to use bathroom. Also, near the bathroom is a room that may be used as an extra room, with extra bed for 2 people (pull out couch) in cases the group of guests is bigger than 10.
First floor:
Up to the stairs are 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are with double bed, have LCD SAT TV, air condition unit. Master bedroom is with en-suite bathroom with shower, while 3 more bathrooms with shower are at the first floor as well.
At the first floor is also living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 2 people, armchairs, LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Living room area has one more dining table and chairs as well.
Outside:
Villa is surrounded by beautiful garden full of plants, well cared lawn, and it is fenced with stone walls, thus it provides full privacy for all its guests. In front of villa is beautiful swimming pool for full relaxation with sun beds around.
There are few sunny terraces with garden / terrace furniture, and traditional stone barbecue together with outdoor dining area suitable for 12 people.
Private parking for guests is available at the property.
