This beautiful villa provides accommodation for 10 or 12 guests in 5 bedrooms.
Ground floor:
Spacious living area enriched with comfortable sofa bed and SAT TV, dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen equipped stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and microwave dominates the ground floor. One bathroom is also on this floor.
First floor:
Two double bedrooms with sea views and twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with a bath are set at the first floor.
Annexed apartment:
The annex adjoining the main house is on the first floor consisting of stylish kitchen, lounge/dining area with exit to the balcony with lovely sea views, toilet and a gallery with double bed.
On the rear and at the ground floor is a double bedroom with bathroom.
Entire villa (main house and annexed apartment) are air conditioned and there is a free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
Spacious terrace with swimming pool and stone cushioned bench is going in front of the main house and annex.
Bellow the house is a parking place.
