This stone villa is located in small fisherman place Zaton Veliki near Dubrovnik, just approximately 10 kilometers distanced from famous town of Dubrovnik.
Zaton is a bay of Adriatic Coast famous for its tranquility, beautiful small pebbly beaches, restaurants with high quality offer of local Dalmatian food, and it is surrounded by nature and greenery.
Besides amazing sea view, villa offers beautiful heated swimming pool and separated Jacuzzi hot tub at its outdoor terrace, completely hidden from views. Among few terraces, around the villa, there is also summer kitchen with traditional stone barbecue, and large dining table suitable for 10 people. It is a perfect place for evening gatherings and meals under the covered porch.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors, and in total consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Three bedrooms are with king size bed, and the forth one has 2 separated single beds. Two bathrooms are with bathtub, and the third one is with shower.
Living room sofa may be transformed into a comfortable extra bed for 2 people.
Due to its spacious rooms, villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests.
Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed.
Two bedrooms has its own balconies furnished with table and chairs, so you can enjoy summer evenings with truly spectacular view on Zaton Bay and behind villa is the lounge terrace.
Lounge terrace with its sunbathing part certainly dominates with the outdoor area of this villa, and it is a perfect place to spend a most of your holidays while you stay here.
Summer kitchen with dining area and BBQ with equipment is smartly set next to the pool.
The highlight of this villa is refreshing swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and entire outside area paved with traditional Dalmatian stone and rustic tiles, enriched with Mediterranean plants, as well as orange and lemon trees which create a relaxing and peaceful environment.
