Villa is situated in small beautiful bay in island Korcula called Tri Luke. Island Korcula generally is one of the most beautiful Croatian islands.
Main town of the island is also called town Korcula, and it is typical medieval walled Dalmatian town whose inner center is rounded by defensive towers and cluster of red-roofed houses.
Korcula Island is full of greenery and numerous secluded beaches and bays.
Villa is distanced 5 kilometers from Vela Luka town, along with town Korcula one of the most visited town in the Island. Vela Luka is full of top quality restaurants, shops, bars…
In front of the villa is a large terrace, right in front of the crystal clear sea. There are swimming pool and sun beds. This kind of surrounding offers full relaxation in privacy.
A side part of terrace is covered and there is traditional stone barbecue / grill with dining area.
Villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of 2 kitchens with dining and living areas, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, together with dining area, sofa, LCD SAT TV, and fireplace. This area is opened onto outdoor terrace with dining furniture.
There is also living room with sofa.
Next is the bedroom with twin beds and one sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests.
Near the bedroom is bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is also kitchen with all appliances, dining table for 6-8 people, and spacious living area with sofa, LCD SAT TV & DVD player, as well as Hi-fi.
From living room there is an entrance to the lodge that overlooks the sea with a dining table and chairs. It also offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. There is a particular pleasure in the evening with illuminated swimming pool to enjoy the intimate atmosphere.
The living room here is the exit to the open terrace where the sun deck and stairs that leads directly to the pool and nearby outdoor barbecue and parking.
At this floor are 2 bedrooms; both with double bed. One bedroom has baby cot.
Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower.

Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Situated right in front of the sea, this villa has direct access to the concrete beach.
Villa is surrounded by greenery and in combination with the sea offers peaceful holidays.
At the terrace is swimming pool surrounded by sun beds, and sitting furniture.
There are also 2 outdoor showers.
Side terrace is covered and equipped with traditional stone barbecue / grill and dining table with chairs.
This area is ideal for having fresh prepared meals or evening gatherings.
At the back side of the villa is parking space for guests.
