Luxury Croatian Villa Mirca

This luxury villa is located only few meters from the sea and beautiful pebble beach in small village Mirca in island Brac. Villa is furnished, designed and equipped in order to provide you with maximal comfort and complete relax during your holidays.

From the carefully decorated terrace in front of the villa as well as from the heated infinity pool you may enjoy amazing view on Brac sea channel and sea.
Furniture inside is manufactured specially for this villa of solid oak wood with ecological oil without any harmful paints.

Luxury villa Mirca is designed of big house on two floors and smaller annexed house also on two floors. Total size of living area is 330 square meters both houses together.
Designed like this, villa is suitable for VIP clients who have staff that may be accommodate in annexed house with separate entrance, but also for large families and group of friends since the houses are connected with terraces and porch.

In total there are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, one toilet with laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room, one small fully equipped kitchen and small living room, and beautiful sea view terraces among which the largest one is with swimming pool.
There is also outdoor dining corner with barbecue / grill and dining table with seats suitable for 14 people.

Villa accommodates from 12 to 13 people.

Main house - ground floor:
Spacious fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker dishwasher, coffee machine, and all dishes as well as cooking and eating utensils), dining area, and large living room with comfy corner sofa, LCD SAT TV, DVD, Hi Fi system, and fireplace (wood burning) are situated here. This area is opened into the pool terrace.
There is also one toilet with washing machine. Three double / twin bedrooms each with LCD SAT TV and en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms are with bath tub, and one is with shower tub. Each bedroom has exit to private terrace.

Main house - first floor:
The biggest bedroom in the villa is on the first floor. It is also a master bedroom with king size bed, LCD SAT TV and en-suite bathroom with shower tub and Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath tub. Master bedroom also has exit on the beautiful roof terrace with amazing sea view.

Annex house – ground floor:
Annexed house consists of smaller but also fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons and LCD SAT TV. There is also one bathroom with shower tub.
In the middle of the living area there is beautiful small inside garden with spices and herbs.

Annex house – first floor:
Upstairs is one double /twin bathroom with shower. There is also double bedroom with LCD SAT TV and en-suite bathroom with shower tub, and beautiful sea view terrace.

On the walls of both houses there are paintings of local artists, like in art gallery. All paintings are for sale and may be brought as a great and valuable souvenir from holidays in this luxury villa with pool and amazing sea view.

Outside:
250 square meters of the terraces with amazing sea views are in front and aside to this luxury villa.
Porch that stays on stone pillars with large wooden table is on the way to the sea, and it provides a pleasant shade during the hot summer days so that you may enjoy your meals on fresh air meals since near the porch is a grill/BBQ.
For sunbathing there is a space on the terrace, also on the way to the sea, near the heated infinity swimming pool with wooden sun beds and outside shower.
There are 4 smaller terraces that are also connected to the house rooms / bedrooms and equipped with terrace furniture, so you may enjoy in reading a book there or just relax in solitude and breathtaking sea view.
On one of the covered terraces outside is table tennis.

The villa is surrounded by several gardens; orchard, olive trees, lawns for games and sports, rose garden, palm trees and rock gardens.
To the small pebble beach which is located in front of the villa leads garden path that runs alongside the vineyard and vegetable garden with organically grown vegetables and Mediterranean spices where you can feel free to pick them; for example, fresh tomato and basil for the salad, or mint for the cocktail...

On the first floor is a large roof terrace of 80 m2 that has a beautiful, breathtaking sea view and is an ideal place for a relaxing massage with aromatic oils with the natural sound of waves and crickets.
Villa is wheelchair accessible.

Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is not included in the price and it is charged extra according to local regulations 0,70 Euros per adult per day, 0,35 Euros for children 12 - 18 and children 0-12 do not pay tourist tax.
