The town center is distanced only 450 m which means that within a walking distance guests can reach open air market, large grocery shop, many restaurants, various beaches.

Villa can accommodate 8 guests four bedrooms.
Ground floor
The ground consists of spacious kitchen with dining/living area and a large outdoor terrace. The kitchen is modern and equipped with refrigerator with Ice machine, oven, 4 ceramic plates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes for preparing and serving.Large family bathroom with washing machine and Jacuzzi tub is also on this floor. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with balcony and bathroom also here.
Communal areas are air conditioned.
First floor
Small kitchenette, living area with sofa bed and SAT TV, three double bedrooms with sea view balcony are on this floor.
Living room area is air conditioned. The entire house has free Wi-FI.
Outside
Swimming pool sized 8x4 m2 with heated water and outdoor shower is in the fenced garden. Parking for 2 cars is next to the house.
