This adorable house is newly built in traditional Dalmatian style with modernly designed interior.
House is located in secluded bay near place Pucisca in Island Brac.
Bay where the house is located is not inhabited; hence owners meet all guests in center of Pucisca and get them to the villa by small boat. Boat drive lasts 2-3 minutes.
Near the house is the restaurant; one of the best Croatian restaurants according to the Croatian election where restaurateurs, chefs, wine and gastro journalists and bloggers, business people, tourism professionals and winemakers from all over the Croatia vote.
The restaurant staff is at disposal to house guests all the time, so they may drive house guests by boat to the mainland whenever they want; or just deliver the food, groceries, newspapers to them every day.
The only people who come to this bay and restaurant are sailors / boaters, people who reach this place by boats or yachts.
Since there is a garden in front of the house, all vegetable is free to pick and use by house guests.
There is beautiful small pebble beach where you may enjoy and relax all day long.
Inside, house consists of kitchen with dining and living area, one bedroom, and bathroom.
House accommodates 2 to 4 people.
Layout:
Inside the house is open plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Right next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs and living area with comfortable sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed. There is also LCD SAT TV.
Bedroom has double bed and LCD SAT TV, and right near is bathroom with shower cabin.
Entire house is modernly furnished and equipped with air condition, as well as covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front and behind the house are terraces equipped with sitting furniture from where you may enjoy amazing sea view in natural shade. Beach in front is beautiful small pebble beach.
House has private garden with various vegetable and house guests may freely pick and use what they like.
Nearby restaurant staff is at guests’ disposal all the time.
House has private boat mooring at guests’ disposal.
