This large holiday house consists of 6 apartments where each apartment has one or 2 double bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms.
Some of the apartments are with one bedroom and some are with 2 bedrooms – two-storey apartments.
This kind of house arrangement is ideal for family-friends vacations as it offers privacy for everyone.
Each floor has balcony with seating furniture which offers amazing panoramic sea view.
At the ground floor is a space where entire group may gather together, eat, play some social games…
In front of the house is large terrace with swimming pool and sun beds.
Right opposite to the swimming pool is large, traditional barbecue made of famous Brac stone.
There is also large wooden table with chairs suitable for entire groups and perfect for joint meals and gatherings.
Entire house is built of famous Brac stone and it is surrounded by pine trees wood, therefore it provides relaxing atmosphere enriched by smells of the nature and sea.
At the walking distance to the house is beautiful pebble beach suitable for children.
House accommodates up to 16 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms arranged as a 3 separated apartments.
Each bedroom / apartment has its private bathroom with shower. There is also kitchen with small dining area and living room with sofa.
First floor:
First floor consists of 3 separated apartments and in total there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Two apartments are two-storey apartments with 2 bedrooms, while 3rd apartment is with one bedroom and bathroom.
All 8 bedrooms in the house have double bed and private bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom / apartment has own air condition unit and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front of this beautiful holiday house is swimming pool surrounded by sun decks and terrace seating furniture with touch of pine trees and smell of freshness. Large terrace around the pool offers amazing sea view on nearby islands.
Only few steps from there is traditional stone barbecue / grill with outdoor dining area.
All terraces and balconies are equipped with furniture for full relaxation.
There is private parking available for house guests.
At the walking distance is beautiful small pebble beach perfect for children.
Small town Sumartin is the closest place with facilities, bars, restaurants, shops…
However, village Selca has shops, green and fish market, bars…
Bol, with its world famous beach Zlatni rat is less than 30 minutes driving distanced from this house.
It is something really worth to visit and feel once you’re there, as well as numerous historical and cultural monuments in the area and around, untouched nature, natural beauties, crystal clear sea, amazing bays and beautiful beaches…
For those who seek for fun there are night clubs in the area, as well as bars that offers open air fun and music near the sea.
